What does LucidCrawl actually test?
It checks whether public pages can be reached, discovered, understood, trusted, and used to answer customer questions. Every issue links back to captured evidence.
Does LucidCrawl need an AI model?
No. Production analysis is deterministic and reproducible. It runs versioned checks and builds extractive answers without sending the audit to an external language model.
What happens before credits are spent?
A free preflight checks the target, estimates accepted page coverage, lists exclusions, and gives you a short-lived credit quote. Credits are reserved only after you approve it.
Can I audit any website?
Only audit websites you own or are authorized to assess. Targets must be public. Private networks are blocked and page, byte, redirect, and time limits are enforced.
Are the scores guarantees about search or AI visibility?
No. Scores summarize the checks performed against captured evidence. They do not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, or behavior by a search or AI product.
What is saved?
LucidCrawl stores the account, credit ledger, audit configuration, captured public-page evidence, findings, grounded answers, saved fixes, and reports needed to keep the result traceable.
Can I share or export a report?
You can create a revocable, expiring read-only link. Paid plan capabilities remain unavailable until the payment store and complete billing path are approved.
How does pricing work right now?
Every new workspace receives 100 launch credits. Paid prices are published for transparency, but checkout is unavailable while the payment store is under review.
How do I delete my data?
Email privacy@lucidcrawl.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my LucidCrawl account.” The request is verified before data is removed or anonymized.
How do I get help?
Email hello@lucidcrawl.com with the audit ID and what happened. Never send a password, session token, payment-card number, or private website credential.
